The Nest studio is located in East Side, right around the corner from East Side IGA. Entrance is via Harvey Place, down the laneway behind the shops, where Ross Oval and the netball courts meet.

I also offer mobile services to your home or workplace for an extra fee.

It is normal to pass wind and/or need to go to the toilet during or shortly after the Abdominal Treatment. It is also normal to feel a little bit teary or giggly (or a bit of both!) as the abdominal area contains nerve endings connected to our main Nervous System, responsible for a large part of our emotional regulation. Pay It Forward

More info Just like buying a "suspended coffee" at a café, The Nest's "Pay It Forward" initiative allows you to buy, or at least contribute to, a suspended treatment for someone who may not have the financial means to afford a treatment themselves.

You can contribute as much as you like - simply go through the normal "Book Now" process and I will be in touch to arrange payment.

I will stay accountable to how much is in the funding pool by publicly keeping track of the amount, and will be advertising available treatments through both social media and in collaboration with local organisations and community service groups to enable access to those who need it.
